ROMA Pictures #1

Day 1: What's the first thing we did? Get some delicious REAL Italian pizza of course! It was so incredible! They have all of these selections to choose from and you tell them how much you want of a certain type, they cut it, weigh it, heat it up,

Corey enjoying his all-time favorite food: Italian pizza and beer.

Sarah and I enjoying our pizzas as well! I had mushrooms and sausage, and a few slices of potato, while Sarah had tomato and cheese.

Vespas!! Sadly we didn't want to spend the 45 EU to rent them for a day... :(

The Colosseum at night!!! I couldn't believe I was actually there!

It was all lit up and looked SOO incredible!

Me touching the Colosseum! (I later gave it a big kiss).

Me outside the St. Peter's Basilica in the smallest country in the world - the Vatican!

Do I pass the dress code??

The whole Roma group at the Vatican!

The ceiling of St. Peter's Basilica.

The main square of the Vatican (as seen from above). Imagine this square COVERED with people when the Pope comes out to say hello.

Me on top of the St. Peter's Basilica dome. It was a bit windy but a great view!

I snuck a few photos of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. It's definitely not allowed, but I turned off the flash to preserve the frescos!

The famous scene on the ceiling depicting the moment God gave life to Adam.
